Safety starts with teamwork. In order to ensure that everyone goes home safe at the end of the day, we are committed not only to our own employees, but also to the safety of other trade's employees. We encourage other trade employees to attend our on-site directed Safety Training Sessions. Our OSHA 30 hour trained Safety personnel routinely provide training in all areas of safety in order to keep our forces in compliance with OSHA regulations.
B & B Interior Systems Inc.'s field managers are required to possess the following certifications and training:
- CPR/first aid w/ AED training
- OSHA 10 hour course for Project Superintendents
- OSHA 30 hour course for field personnel who assist in safety training and inspections
- Scaffold Competency Person training
- Rough Terrain Trucks (Lull, etc.) operator certification
- Scissor lift/boom lift operator certification
- Job specific safety training is made available to all employees
B & B Interior Systems, Inc.'s Safety & Health Program is administered by the company's Safety Committee. Our Safety Committee is managed by the Safety Director, and is assisted by other OSHA 30 hour trained office personnel. The committee consists of 2 field employees, 2 field managers, and the Corporate Safety Staff. The President, Safety Director, Operations Manager, and others are part of the Corporate Safety Staff.
